How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently deletes your login and removes your profile answers. You can also email us at the address above and we will delete your account for you.
Is the benefit information official?
No. VetCentral is an independent reference tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. Always verify eligibility and program details with the official administrator (such as VA.gov) before applying.
Where is my profile information stored?
Your service profile answers (branch, duty status, disability rating, and similar) are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
